NDIS Workforce Fundamentals micro-credential

This course has been developed on behalf of WorkAbility Qld in partnership with TAFE Queensland and has been co-designed in collaboration with an Advisory Group of NDIS providers, and people with lived experience of disability.

• Delivery of critical learning elements when inducting new workers.
• Remove duplication of induction training for both the NDIS workforce and NDIS providers.
• Portability across the community and disability services industry – accessible online, 24/7.
• Reduced cost for organisations through shared resourcing.
• Consistency of induction training across the disability sector.
• Applies to state-based and National legislation.
• Is self-paced online and interactive course with activities (approximately 1 to 2 hours).
