Disability and a Good Life

Two free online courses exploring contemporary understandings of disability.

Thinking Through Disability allows participants to reflect on how disability is part of who we are as human beings by engaging with stories from the diverse lives of people with disabilities, exploring contemporary debates, and reflecting on the many ways disability is understood and experienced.

Working with Disability participants engage with some of the big issues facing people with disability, governments, and societies including human rights approaches to disability and concepts of inclusion, access and support, as well as disability politics and policy, advocacy and activism, and how to work with disability at multiple levels to enable a good life for all.
