In early 2021 the Early Learning and Care Council of Australia (ELACCA) announced a new workforce campaign, Big Roles in Little Lives.
The campaign promotes careers in early learning and care to a national audience, highlighting the central role that educators play in the lives of young children. For Australians negatively affected by the COVID-19 recession, early learning and care offers a career with purpose, satisfaction and security. A key part of the program is the Big Roles in Little Lives website.
