‘Work that matters’ is a Victorian Government workforce attraction and retention campaign for Victoria’s growing disability sector.
The campaign shines a light on disability support work as an attractive option for people looking to build a rewarding career doing work that matters. It seeks to promote employment opportunities while underscoring the incredibly important work carried out every day by the thousands of people that make up Victoria’s diverse disability support workforce.
‘Work that matters’ was developed in consultation with people with disability, disability support workers, service providers, employers, unions, and the peak body for disability services in Victoria.
