The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Existing Workforce Development is  a ‘Workability Qld’ Initiative.  WorkAbility Qld is a consortium of three organisations who have worked together since 2015 on strategic workforce policy, planning and development across Queensland to help ensure the National Disability Insurance Scheme is a success.

Through the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Existing Workforce Development initiative under up to 18 staff at Carbul Medical Services will undergo the Cert IV  in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care delivered by TAFE Queensland South West.
